Backup software
For anyone looking for a good backup solution (and from some of the posts I see, many do), take a look at Backup4all. It’s a nifty little backup application; the professional version is 50 bucks, but well worth it.
After the initial backup, it gives you the option to only back up new or updated files, meaning most backups take only a few minutes or less. It will also remove deleted files from the backup drive, etc.
You can also do scheduled backups of course, or backup at shutdown, even backup to an FTP server. Sure beats the windows version.

I have been using SyncBack for a long time, does the same thing.
