  Back to PP 2018, but where is the Project Panel/Window?

  I’ve looked under “Window”, clicked the “Projects” option on and off, no change. But in that window i do have these panels that defaulted in when i reinstalled 2018: Media Browser, Libraries, Info, Effects, Markers, History and Captions. Im in “Editing” workspace. When i got to “Assembly” workspace, the Project panel shows up again, upper left of screen.
