  Awaiting Key

  Hello,

  This will probably be the easiest support question ever:

  I’ve registered my ‘Cinema 4D R16 Prime’ three days ago, and am still waiting for the permanent key to arrive by email.

  I’m wondering how long it usually takes, and if I should be concerned at all?
