  Avoid transcoding into Encore from Premiere

  If I transcode my mp4 clips to m2v and then bring them into Premiere to add filters and effects they look pretty good. However I can’t seem to transfer the look to my blurays. Should I avoid using the dynamic Link feature in this case. And if I save the clips will they have the filters and effects applied to them.
