April 6, 2018 at 1:27 pmIs this a Mac or Windows issue? If so, are you running the latest OS? So far, I’ve updated at least 8 Macs (various models) without issue, other than a few minor glitches here and there. Nothing outside of the ordinary.

April 6, 2018 at 2:58 pmOliver,
I am having this problem on a 2012 iMac and a 2014 iMac. On a 2013 MacBook Pro it was working fine. We are now running all on 12.0.1Also, FWIW had a problem where XML from Premiere 12.1 from our laptop wouldn’t work in 12.0.1 so I sent the XML to Premiere 2017 and it opened in there then I was able to update that project to 12.0.1

April 6, 2018 at 3:09 pmMac Pro (Late 2013). It’s a production company who are still running 10.11.6 because of a server requirement.
Exported an xml and rolled back to 12.0.1 as I had work to do.

How does one revert to 12.0.1? there is no way to not have 12.1 overwrite the older 12 versions.
