  Avid XpressPro Pitch and Speed Shift

  Help,

  We are using the latest versions of Avid XpressPro and we are having audio pitch and speed shifts during play back on the timeline. This problem is happening on both the PC and Mac systems that we use, which have sperate hard drives, so I don’t think it is hardware issue.

  So when we are playing a sequence on the timeline, we will hear a change in the audio speed, but the video does not end earlier or later than the audio, but the speed of the audio will increase or decrease.

  I have searched both the Avid forums and here and I cannot seem to find anyone else that is having the same problem. Does anyone have any ideas.
