avid xpress pro 5.5 won’t boot up anymore
it’s been working. The only change in my system after which it now doesn’t boot up is that i let my powerbook install upgrades when that install new software window popped up. So it upgraded the OS to 10.4.7
is there an issue where avid 5.5 won’t work on OS 10.4.7?
this is frustrating, anybody know??
when i click on the Avid icon in the dock, the mouse cursor just keeps spinning but the program never loads up. -

Looks like there may be an incompatibility with the dongle and driver, according to Avid’s support site:
