Avid won’t recognize my keyboard
I’m currently running on a 2012 MacBook Pro and I’m using an old Dell keyboard that I took from my retired PC. My OS recognizes it but whenever I plug it into the USB of my MacBook, the Keyboard Settings in Avid disappear and it resets back to the default keyboard settings. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? Is there a way to fix it? When I take the keyboard out the settings reappear and I can import my user profile and it will return to normal. I’ve tried importing my user profile while the keyboard is plugged in and it still resets everything or will only change a few settings. I just want to be able to customize my keyboard shortcuts while using this keyboard. Any suggestions?
