Avid won’t recognize my deck
Hi, I’m having problems getting my AVID to recognize my deck. I have gone to preferences and found the right deck (Canon Z10) and it has worked in the past. I re-installed my AVID, downloaded a new driver. (Frankly I’m not sure the download worked).
any suggestions?

Have you checked your FW cable? Turned on the camera prior to launching the Avid?
