Avid with Apple Trackpad gestures
Hi,
Hoping someone out there also runs Avid on a Mac with an Apple trackpad who can help me…
I’m pretty sure I used to be able to use 2-finger horizontal gesture on the trackpad in an active timeline window, to make the timeline scroll horizontally. But now, it seems that gesture just seems to make the timeline zoom in (if I gesture left) and out (if I gesture right). How do I make the timeline scroll horizontally with a gesture? Almost sure I used to do this all the time in Avid, but maybe I’m imagining it and I was using Premiere…. -

UPDATE: Weird simple fix: had to expand the timeline window to reveal
the scroll bar before horizontal scrolling keyboard and trackpad
shortcuts work. Talk about your weird softward quirks!
