I’m re-editing a project that was edited on Avid, and we are working in Premiere (that’s what my company has). The project had multicam clips, and now I don’t know what to do to preserve the multicam clips in Premiere. When I export the AAF from Avid and bring into Premiere, the multicam clips only have one camera (whatever camera was selected in Avid). But I need to have all angles in the multiclip so that I have the option to switch angles during the re-edit. Is this possible, or do I need to re-sync in Premiere?

    Won’t work.
Group clips in Avid won’t translate to Premiere Multicam Sequences.

Another option, other than re-syncing everything would be downloading Avid and using that. You can use the trial for 30 days, I believe. Then you don’t need an AAF at all.
