Avid to Premiere AAF with Multiclips?
I’m re-editing a project that was edited on Avid, and we are working in Premiere (that’s what my company has). The project had multicam clips, and now I don’t know what to do to preserve the multicam clips in Premiere. When I export the AAF from Avid and bring into Premiere, the multicam clips only have one camera (whatever camera was selected in Avid). But I need to have all angles in the multiclip so that I have the option to switch angles during the re-edit. Is this possible, or do I need to re-sync in Premiere?

Unfortunately, there is no support for Group clips and AutoSync clips via AAF to other systems. Each system has its own way of creating and representing those relationships and the work to translate hasn’t been done.
