    Hi there!

    I was just trying to use Avid’s Subcaps Effect to import a txt file. Every time I click on the ‘import Caption file’ button, avid crashes with the ‘segmentation fail’.
    I really need this tool, otherwise it is so much work to do some subtitles.

    To reach anybody from the support from avid, i would need some kind of support code, which is so annoying.

    Is it when you click the button to load a file, or when loading a file?
