Avid Recommendations
Is there a process or “suggestion box” for feedback/recommendations to the powers that be at Avid? Things like making AMA Linking & P2 processing available in the same session without changing settings and exiting the application – and offering the opportunity, when doing a video mixdown, to “render” progressive output just like the Timewarp effect, thus the ability to accomplish 2 steps in one. Just curious, Thanks.

There is a feature request section on the Avid Community Forums. That’s the easiest way to bring something to Avid’s attention. They will read it, but don’t expect any direct response to a request, as they are rare. Usually, these suggestions are collected and used by the product design teams.
Another way would be at trade shows. Generally, there are Avid representatives there, and they usually will keep there ears open for any comments.
