    Avid Pan and Zoom Colour Correction

    Hi all,

    Quite a simple question really, can you colour correct avid pan and zoom images within Avid. I have yet to be able to do it as when I use the colour correction it colour corrects the original imported image rather than the linked image.

    Do I have to do it outside of Avid?

    you can apply a cc effect (in the image section) to a track above your shot (separate with Add Edit) then open color correction and grade, it will affect the image bellow

    make sure you have the correct (upper) track selected

    you can also Alt-drag the cc filter to the P&Z clip then open CC mode and grade
