AVID NOT RESPONDING – Need H E L P
I purchased AVID media composer in 2016 version 8.5.3, I recently updated my computer to MacOS High Sierra 10.13.3.
I’ve also been working off a drive that I’ve been moving from one computer from another (mine to a clients computer – been working on it for over 2 years, but only the last 2 months we have been using his computer. I can’t recall if I installed my Avid on his computer).Now my Avid is not responding When I try to open it and it reads
Activated : – No options
License Type : Node lockedAnd in my applications manager it reads – not responding
I can’t tell if the problem is due to an update or this recent back and forth with my client.
Please help I need to finish this job.
