    Avid not recognizing Snowball mic

    I’m running Avid MC 8.5.3. connected to a mini Matrox and with no audio mixer on a Mac OS 10.10.5. When I plug in my brand new Snowball mic via USB, Avid does not list it as an option in either Audio Punch in or Capture. I have set it as my audio input source in my system settings and it works fine in QT7. Any ideas about what I need to do to get Avid to recognize it?

    I haven’t been able to. I record my Temp VO in QT, and then import it into Avid.
