Hello: Sorry if this is already posted…I could’nt find anything to help me.

I have a G5 Dual 2Mhz processor, 1 Gig Ram, Sata Array, Xpress 4.3 and a recently acquired MOJO. Everything seems to work fine.

I was wondering if there was a way to get full quality analogue playback through the MOJO to my Betacam deck. Right now…it is choppy and not full quality. During digital cut the quality goes to full, as it should. This is not a computer issue, it looks like I am missing a setting somewhere, like drive filtering to get 1:1 acquisition.

Would anyone have any ideas…please. Thanks.

Also is it possible to get DV output during playback…not just with the digital cut tool. Thanks again.

There is a button at the botttom of the timeline that adjusts the quality. It should be solid green for full quality. Maybe toggle over and see. It doesn’t really explain the choppy playback though. Is your footage captured at 1:1? Usually you need SCSI drives to play that resolution.

Thanks, that fixed the problem. 1:1 footage plays perfectly with the SATA Array.

I guess now that I have almost everything figured out with it, I am dissappointed in the component output. I now see the color differences.

Did the component output improve with MOJO SDI?

    Thanks for your help!

Sorry for the stupid question, but What is an SCSI drive, and do I need that to import at uncompressed 1:1 SD?
