    Hi!!!

    I can import mp4a Audio tracks from I tunes with no problem. I can listen in the monitor with no problem. when i splice in i get an error saying “warning Exception unsupported resolution. How can i fix this problem. same thing with Video import. Any help would be great.

    What are you video and audio settings when importing?

    anything 24fps

    Hi!! Im new at this

    Auto settings is outgoing 0 -and incoming 1

    Video shows AXI Radon x8000 card

    If this not correct please tell me where to look. Thx so much

    wrong settings…these are the audio scrub settings…not what we are talking about.

    take a look at your import audio settings.

    set them to convert to your project audio format on import.

    This is really wierd. I’ve got a problem with my system at home. Every time I add audio to the sequence it says “unsupported resolution”. If put it under video it plays fine, it’s as soon as I lift part of the video out to leave black it says the error message. It almost seems as though having a time line with no video is having an unsupported resolution. I have no idea why it’s done this, been working fine until today. Any ideas would be very much appreceiated. Thanks.
