When I try exporting my timeline to an .avi file, I keep running into a 2GB file limit wall. Is there a setting I’m overlooking with respect to export file size?

Do you have sorenson squeeze? If so, you can export a quicktime reference then squeeze it to whatever floats yer boat.

Apparently (google search) – the avi file type has a 2GB limit (sometimes – Type 1?).

I would try exporting it as QT .mov file and then compress it to whatever you need.

I have in the past just cut my timeline in two and that makes it a lot easier to export as two files.

‘If the records nice, then play it twice’.
