    Hey Creative Cow,
Recently I have been making my DNxHD 36 files in Resolve 12.5 as OP ATOM. I’ve had to switch machines now to a 2010 Mac Pro to render my MXF’s, The machine can only run Resolve 11 and it can only produce MXF OP1A files.
I cannot find much information that tells me this is going to be a problem.
Does anyone have any experience with offline cutting OP1A files, or a mixture of OP ATOM and OP1A?
    Thanks

You can make Avid native media in Resolve 11. I just can’t remember what they called it, but it was not immediately obvious. Can you post a screenshot of the container (format) options as I don’t have 11 readily available.

    Ohhhhh I am an idiot.
Thanks Michael. I was not selecting the video format as MXF, I was selecting OP1a as the format and then selecting the DNxHD 36 as the codec.
