    Avid MC6 – Dongle System ID

    I`m looking to purchase a commercial license of MC6 (boxed set) and plan to transfer the included software Activation ID and System ID to a Avid Dongle, through the redemption page.

    After installing MC6 off of the DVD`s, applying the updated .avb file to my dongle, and activating the software through the USB hardware option… How do I register a copy of Avid when I`m using a dongle for activation?

    call support, tell them what you want to do. He’ll ask you for the dongle ID, and then send you a file to run
    which will help program the dongle for you.
