Avid MC6 and Hyper Shuttle DNxHD 185 problem
Hi, i just upgraded to avid mc6 so i can use the footages i shot with the Sony F3 and hyper shuttle 2…
i am planning on shooting my first siver screen film! i want to use The hyper shuttle 2.
But, my PC based Avid mc6 can see the files, but, when i try to play them the footages won’t play and they look damaged. But, i can hook the shuttle via hdmi or hd-sdi to any monitor and all the material is good.
what am i doing wrong?

Make sure to copy all files from your hyperdeck SSD to the mxf media folder of you Avid system. Then go to the Avid mediabrowser and import the files into a bin. You can simply drag them into a bin.
Make sure that the hyperdeck is set to dnxhd mxf file creation.

Thanks for the help, but, it’s not happening….
Davinci Resolve doesn’t see the mxf’s either… i don’t know the version but, a friend’s davinci only saw the QT 1:1 files…
What do i do? is anyone working with these mxf files…. i want my P2 panasonic!!!
