AVID MC 5.5 Audio Keyframe Issue
Anyone have experience with AVID audio tracks and odd keyframe issues? Specifically, if a user has an audio track they are wishing to fade out, they move the playhead over the point they want the fade to start, then hits ‘ to insert a keyframe. The A2 track which is R Audio for that track, puts the keyframe at the bottom of the UI, so you can’t lower it, and it doesn’t lower when you move the upper keyframe. This means the A1 track fades as directed, but the A2 track plays back normally.
Why is this happening and how can we get it to work normally?

It just sounds like A1 and A2 aren’t linked…I’m assuming they are stereo? Make sure the link selection button is selected, its on the timeline right on top of the smart tool
