AVID Matrox Mini output looks bad
We just upgraded to AVID MC 5.5 and added a Matrox Mini for HD monitoring. We are getting very poor HD video quality to our plasma screen via the Matrox. Analog component SD from our Adrenalin looked much better. Has anybody had similar issues ?

Make sure your quality on the timeline is set to full green…or at least half yellow/half green.

John, I haven’t had that issue. I’m using HDMI to the monitor and HD looks fantastic thru the Matrox.

My output looks great on the mini also. Will Media Composer 5.5 let the Mini see 24PN footage?
