    hi,
anyone around who is familiar with avid fx? its based on boris fx, i heard.
i want to make a title which is a number: 3245234 for expample. and i want
this number to change randomized, like every single digit is changing and
the number has to stop at specific value. is that possible, because i didnt
manage to change the digits and then make a keyframe which memorized it…
i also would like to know how can i make objects disappear suddenly?

    thx for any help

On your text layer go to the generator tab and play around with the user text generator. This will let number change randomly and stop where and when you want them to with some tinkering.

As for something disappearing. You can set a keyframe the frame before you want to have it disappear with the opacity set to 100. the next frame you can turn it down to zero. That will cause a one frame fade out which is so fast it will seem to disappear. You could do this with a mask too if you wish.
