Avid FX Invisible!
I just installed MC 6 on my PC, used it for about an hour, worked great, until I messed something up in Avid FX. I was in Avid FX, playing with the arrangement of the interface. I was opening the different parts of the interface (timeling, composer etc) in different windows to move them independently and something happened and they all disappeared! Avid fx was still running but I couldn’t see it. All I see is the MC interface, but if I click anywhere I just get an error chime. I have to Ctrl Alt Delete to get out of Avid. If I check the processes, I can see the Avid FX engine is running, but I can’t see it. I’ve tried reinstalling FX, no change. I’m not sure what to do, any ideas? I need some way of getting FX back to a default display.

fixed it! tracked down a folder called “workspaces” x’d it out and restarted and it came back up. Yay!
