    Avid FX 6.0.3

    Hi all
    Does anyone know how I can uninstall Avid FX 6.0.3 so I can down load the latest. Every time I try to uninstall it I get an error message 1316 which apparently doesn’t exist.

    If the uninstall gets stuck, the Microsoft tool in the note below will successfully uninstall Avid FX 6.0.3 for you. Then you’ll be able to install Avid FX 6.3.

    Thanks for that. The only thing is when I go through the listings for uninstalling it does not mention AVID FX 6.0.3. It only allows me to uninstall the program I actually want to download. Any other ideas please.

    Hi Bob-
    It sounds like 6.0.3 got partially uninstalled previously. You might look in C:/Program Files/Boris FX Inc./ to see if there is any listing for Avid FX. If you don’t see anything there this is a case to contact us directly in support to work out.
    If need be, please fill out the form found here and one of us in support will get back to you ASAP!
