Inadvertently failed to check my media creation file, and sent loads of render and fx to my computer hard drive. Now I am sending the external drive, with everything else on it, to the Online. Can I get the stuff back from the HD and on to the external? Thanks

Just move it from the Avid MediaFiles/mxf/(guessing)1/ folder on the internal drive to the same location on the external drive. Relaunch Avid, so it can rescan and rebuild the database.

It is possible to move the render and FX files from your computer hard drive to the external drive. You can do this by locating the files in your media creation folder on your computer hard drive and then copying and pasting them into the corresponding media creation folder on the external drive. However, make sure to check the file paths in your project to ensure that they are pointing to the correct location on the external drive before sending it to the online
