Avid Express Pro HD problem previewing on external monitor using s-video on ATI card
I just purchased an ATI radeon graphics card with s-video out. I hooked it up to a standard NTSC monitor (TV) via the s-video out, but I can’t seem to get the timeline to playback on it. I also tried Vegas6 and after effects. Can this be a setting on the graphics card?

Most likely – check the overlay settings on the graohics card control panel.
anything 24fps
