Avid Export
I am trying to export a file via AVID Express Pro 4.6 that was shot in 16:9, but everytime we try to export and import into adobe premiere via mini-dv, the Premiere only sees it at 4:3. Any suggestions.

Easy to do-
In the Projects Window (default – upper right), select the clip that is not the right aspect. Once highlighted, Right mouse click on the file and select from the drop down menu – Interpret Footage… Inside this you will find the coveted Aspect Ratio. Set it to 1.2 and you should be good to go. The only draw back is that you have to do this for all of the clips that need to be corrected.-Ryan “Chupacabras” Montrucchio
