  Avid Error

  I’m on an Avid Xpress Meridian 5.8 running on a G4933. After having the exact same set-up for thhe past two years all of a sudden I’m getting an error message that says SFCONS_VIDEO_TIMEOUT.

  This has happened twice on some 10:1 clips, each no longer than 20 minutes, and after I’ve already successfully viewing parts of the clips several times. The source monitor suddenly goes black and that error comes up.

  Has anyone had this before? I unsuccessfully tried searching the Avid knowledge base.
