avid e pro dig_to_short
Hi- running avid ex pro ver 5.7 on intel mac and when batch digging I am getting dig_to_short error. checked knowledge base and the answer is
-This error occurs during batch digitize if you have the “”Capture a Single Frame of Video Only”” selected in the Digitize Settings and the clip you are batching is longer than 1 frame. De-selecting this feature will solve the problem.
I can’t find digitize settings….. where is it? I looked in capture and remote play capture. thanks

Look in the settings tab, then ‘digitize’ (or capture – I don’t remember which…)

of course i looked in the settings tab and capture, THERE IS NO
“Capture a Single Frame of Video Only”” selected in the Digitize Settings”
that i can find. Also for your memory…. there is no digitize option under setting on an avid express pro that i can find.
hence the problem.
