  Avid ds and Xtore studio raid

  We have upgraded our old nitris systems to Avid DS systems.
  with our new z820 hp machines and kona cards we received Xtore 16tb studio raids.

  These raids have failed more than once.
  I keep getting expelled drives and the raids fail to rebuild itself when the drives are replaced.
  I have lost all 16tb of data before due to drive failure, is there anyone else out there who has experienced anything similar to what i am going through?

  ps we have 2 identical systems and both systems experience similar problems.
