Avid does not play my sequence anymore
Hello guys, I hope you have a beautiful day editing,
On my part I’m getting crazy for the hundredth time thanks to Avid, with a new unexplainable problem.
So there were one audio clip which I could not move from one bin to another. It would make that little sound which indicate the action is not possible.
I deleted it from the bin. Now my sequence does not play anymore. I just lost one hour of work because I can’t f****** play one frame of my sequence now. I put previous version of the bin in the project, from the Attic, but it does not do anything. When I hit play, the cursor goes back to 00:00:00:00 and simply does not play anything.
I’m still amazed how Avid is a marvelous program. With bugs you always have to search on internet without even finding the solutions in the next hour cause no one had you problem before. How easy would it be if Avid was telling you : that’s your problem, that’s how to solve it, everytime there is a bug in such a expensive program, when everything is though updated.
