Avid DNxHD support problem since 7.1
Hello,
the 7.1 upgrade does not seem to recognize dnxhd files anymore.
It reinstalled the plug but I can’t see a file in the clip browser …Config : Mac Pro 2010, 8×2,4Ghz, 16Go Ram, FX4800,GT120, Decklink 3D+, RED Rocket, system on Crucial SSD 250, 5x2to Seagate XT Raid0 drive, DaVinci Resolve 7.02

Wow good thing I didn’t upgrade yet. I’ve got a job to finish with DNxHD files. I hope they’re working on this. Oops…

Hi Dean,
We have not been able to reproduce the problem here. MXF/DNxHD files seem to work just fine with 7.1.
If you have a file which does not work, please do send it over to our help address – davincihelp@blackmagic-design.com, and we will investigate it as soon as possible.
