Avid Dnx Nitris not connecting
I just used the patch to update my avid symphony. I went from 6.01 to 6.3.3. I have done this update on other machines and it has worked fine. But I am getting an error message saying the Avid is having a problem connecting to the hardware. “The Dnx codec hardware in your Nitris DX is not functioning properly.”
I have rebooted the machine and the box, taken the abf file and placed it in the HWinstall icon, but I still get the error. I don’t think it can be a hardware problem, as the hardware was working fine until the upgrade of software.
Does anyone have any advice.

I got the exact same response after updating to Symphony 6.04. Would be interested to find out what the solution is.
