Avid Composer 2.7 Adrenaline Effects not working realtime??
Hi,
I have an Avid Composer 2.7 with Adrenaline on HPXW8200 dual xeon 3.2 Ghz and 4GB Ram with Nvideo FX1400 card
My problem is when I am using colour corrector I am unable to see result on the computer monitor or preview monitor but when I am playing back from the timeline I can see the colour corrected preview and as soon I press space to stop again I do not see the effect.
Another problem is sometimes the preview in the monitor does not play though it is playing on the TV monitor.
Please let me know …Is it any kind of setting.

Are you in SD or HD? Are you in green/green mode or green/yellow mode? Is “render on the fly” set to active?

You will find HQ mode reduces realtime effects signigicantly. I’ve never been able to edit in anything other than HQ mode so I’ve just gotten use to rendering as I go.
