Avid Artist Color and Resolve – Knobs not working
I am using a Euphonix MC Color with Resolve Lite 9.1 on OS 10.8.2 and EuControl 2.7.
Everything works except for the soft knobs. The only ones that work are the HSize and VSize on the Input Sizing Page. All the others do not adjust the parameter they are supposed to.

Have they ever worked? Do they work in other programs that the MC Color panel supports (Avid, Smoke, Color, etc.)?
If not then maybe you have a bad board?

We’ve had one of the soft knobs go down so all parameters mapped to it do not work. Not been able to fix the problem thus far and assuming it’s hardware related.

so does everything else in Avid Artist with Resolve 9 -
I’m wondering if you ever found a solution to this?
Just hooked up my Artist Color, and running Resolve. Upgrading to the latest version of Resolve Lite, as I’m typing this.
As I page through the items for the knobs, some will adjust, like Luma parameters. But I can’t create a window for a mask, and it won’t adjust that window.
Did you ever figure out how to get your knobs working correctly?
