If you’re on a PC, just browse to your Startup Folder and remove the .exe. A more brute force method would be to browse to the application folder and rename the executable to something that doesn’t have the .exe extension.

It does not show up in the start up times or log in items and Application stopped syncing with my Mac. Avid tech couldn’t solve it. If I don’t manually quit it, it takes down my whole computer after 7 minutes from start up and I have to reboot.

Look in Library/Launch Agents and Library/Launch Daemons.

Move anything related out of those folders. Put back if you have any problems.
