February 6, 2015 at 12:53 pmIf you’re on a PC, just browse to your Startup Folder and remove the .exe. A more brute force method would be to browse to the application folder and rename the executable to something that doesn’t have the .exe extension.

February 7, 2015 at 6:32 pmIt does not show up in the start up times or log in items and Application stopped syncing with my Mac. Avid tech couldn’t solve it. If I don’t manually quit it, it takes down my whole computer after 7 minutes from start up and I have to reboot.

February 8, 2015 at 3:48 pmLook in Library/Launch Agents and Library/Launch Daemons.
Move anything related out of those folders. Put back if you have any problems.

I edited the plist to launch at start up from true to false.
