    Hello everyone,
I’m posting about an issue I’m having with Avid 3D. Since there’s isn’t a dedicated forum on the Cow for the program, I figured this would be the place to find help.
Whenever I try to render my scene (just a model with some camera keyframes) with Mental Ray rendering, I just get grey frames. Whenever I do any of the other render types, it comes out fine. I’ve tried the different quality settings as well as with and without alpha premultiply with no luck. Any ideas?
Oh yeah, I’m working on an HP xw8200 Quadro 1400 with Avid 3D v2.1

    Thanks a million,
    Travis Johnson

Just in case anyone else, runs in to this problem, I found that turning off all mental options but motion blur allows Avid 3D to render the piece properly.
