Avid 2020.4
I see the newest Avid release is now out of beta.
2020.4 looks to have some interesting changes. For those of us in the Windows world, ProRes encoding is now a reality.

Yes some nice features.
I like the blank panel option to pad the UI layouts.
The bulk edit is great as it includes the option of counters.
Striiping silence from audio is great if you need to rework stems.Pat Horridge

2019 Mac Pro Catalina rated?

Not sure what your question is?
If you have a 2019 Mac Pro that will run a pre Catalina version OS that would be my choice with either 2019.12 MC or 2020.4 MC
If you can only install Catalina then 2020.4 is for you with some of the limitations as listed in the whats new pdf

Yea its a new 2019 MP with Catalina.
I gave up weeks ago trying to get an Avid install on my 2013 MP with Catalina.
No rush to get Avid going but would like to have that option.
