avi only seen as audio
ive recently started working on a surprise for my uncle and aunt, a sort of family portait which includes video they shot from recent trips. some of the video was recorded using the video record function on a digital camera.
when i add the files to the media pool or put them to the project im working on they only show up as audio. apparently there is no video. although when played in media player (windows) or any other player they show the video perfectly fine.
my uncle & aunt’s anniversary is coming up in about a month and this little snag is stopping me from moving forwards and completing my little project.
any assistance is greatly appreciated!

You need to install an MJPEG codec.
