AVI Import Problems
I’m having a problem importing an AVI into a premiere sequence. I can see the clip in the viewer without any problem, but as soon as it goes into my timeline, it’s just black. The audio is fine. I’m using Premiere Pro 1.5 and the file is an AVI I grabbed from the internet. It’s resolution is 320 x 240. Any suggestions?

Is your toggle track output on?(the eye left from the lock)
I had the problem too, maybe if you restart premiere, that sometimes helps.
