  Avi H.264 to Quicktime Animation to MP4 H.264

  Ok i used media encoder to turn avi to quicktime animation i then used animation to edit in AAE and rendered out as quicktime animation then i used media encoder to change animation to mp4 but when i played it back the footage was skipping and jittery…
  I kept the original frame rate through the whole process (30fps)
