  AVI Compression

  Okay so I have about 30 hours of conference footage that I need compressed into AVI. I am capturing/editing with Final Cut Pro, but it has very minimal options in terms of compressing to an AVI, so I think it may be easier to import the FCP file and export using After Effects.
  Can anyone point me to a good plug-in, or give me any tips on how I should attack this.
