    Hello all,
    I am considering purchase of a Lumix DMC-GH1 and I am looking at the ability to edit avchd files from the camera. Can Vegas do this now, or is it still only with its own camcorders. Any help is appreciated.

    I don’t want to get it only to find out I can’t use my favorite editing package.

    Or is there a plugin or workaround that is not too expensive?

    Hi John

    I’ve used Vegas, without any plug-ins, to edit files from Panasonic’s HDC-SD100EBK and Sony’s CX11E. Both cameras output .mts files.
