  AVCHD footage corruption

  Im sure Im not posting in the right place but help
  or please direct me to the right place.

  Im shooting on SONY AX200 and have been for 3 years, first time I have this issue
  Ive been told my cards have corrupted and need to know if I can repair the footage somehow
  my footage shows but has weird colour bar patterns over it, happy to mail a pic
