  AVCHD clips disappear

  IStrangest thing. I recently acquired a JVC AVCHD cam and my log and transfer works fine but when I close a project and re-open it, some of the clips go missing or are reset as other clips. When I look in my capture scratch, the clip name would then be associated with different media and the original media appears to be missing. The warning I get upon opening the project up again is to the effect of “some clips attributes have been changed – in and out points”. Can anyone shed any light on what I’m doing wrong here?
