  AVCHD Capture hit n miss on intensity PAL

  Hi

  My intensity Pro is very finiky.

  I have it set up to capture to Apple prores 422 1920 x 1080 50i 48khz or Blackmagic 1920 x 1080 50i 48khz -> audio / Video settings tends to turn this around after a while so that it wants to capture 25fps in ntsc. I’m in PAL Land

  I can sometimes capture initially, but it always changes settings after I come back to a project.

  The card sends signal from cam to my HDTV via hdmi, but after a capture or two it all turns to s@#t and won’t recognise cam anymore in Log and Capture window, but it will still send a signal to my HDTV, but then won’t see the cam in Log And Capture screen.

  Anyone out there in PAL land have a workflow for FCP?

  All latest apple and BM drivers and software. I’m using a Firmtek 5xBay Raid 0 enclosure with HP RR 2314.
